We will scan the interior with a thermal imaging camera alson known as infrared.  This helps us better detect moisture intrusion and missing insulation that cant be seen with the naked eye.

foundation elevation surveys help monitor the performance of the foundation.  After a new house is built, the foundation may move and cause structural damage to the home which can be difficult and expensive to repair.
